AUDI TT CLUPSPORT-QUATTRO


Audi is going to present the new at the big meet for uadi and Volkswagen enthusiasts at the Wörthersee Tour in Reifnitz , Austria, from 21 to 25 May 2008.

The Clubsport Quattro features extremely flat low windshield, nearly invisible A-pillars, 2 humps behind the passenger compartment instead for the soft top, 2 massive rollover Audi TT Clubsport Quattro bars in front of the humps together with the strong A-pillars to protect the driver and passenger if the car should roll over.

Apart from the above, the car is painted in Suzuka Gray color, while the front end single-frame grill is painted in high-gloss black. Other features include strip of LED daytime lights beneath the headlamps and large air inlets covered by black grills. The front spoiler lip optimizes downforce and the rear bumper is designed as a diffuser.

The car stands on 9×19 inch wheels wrapped in 255/35 tires and fitted with two large tailpipes of the stainless steel exhaust system.

On the interior, the Audi TT Clubsport Quattro features racing bucket seats, a high-grip flat-bottomed steering wheel with aluminum shift paddles, aluminum door pull handle and door opener, aluminum pedals, orange colored leather at the arm rests, the side of the center tunnel, the backs of the bucket seats and the instrument cowl.

The TT Clubsport Quattro is powered by a 2.0 TFSI turbocharged 4-cylinder engine mated to an S tronic transmission producing 300 hp. The car is equipped with dual clutch for quick gear changes without interrupting the flow of power. Gears can be manually change by the driver using the shift lever at the steering wheel or just choose the automatic mode. The car permanent all-wheel drive system transfers the power to all four wheels.
